Member Agreement

Current working framework. Participation is optional. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be zero.

Seven Decks

The structure uses seven unlimited-width Decks. Each eligible position in Decks 1–7 receives the same stated rate.

Membership Reward

$1 for each economically confirmed, eligible active membership renewal, for each eligible beneficiary position across Decks 1–7. Attempts, failed payments, and unconfirmed transactions produce no reward.

Shopping Reward

5% × actual commissionable profit dollars for each qualifying product/SKU, calculated separately for every eligible Deck position. It is not calculated from total retail order value and SKU margins are not averaged.

Adjustments

Refunds, partial returns, chargebacks, invalid transactions, fraud, or ineligibility may cause rewards to be withheld, adjusted, reversed, offset, canceled, or recovered while preserving the audit history.

No additional commissions

No leadership, rank, matching, pool, points, PV, CV, GV, or recruitment-only commissions are currently planned.

Pending definitions

The exact commissionable-profit components, rounding, grace-period eligibility, payout schedule, thresholds, holds, provider procedures, taxes, jurisdictions, and final reversal timing remain subject to approval and are not defined by this summary.

A calculated or displayed reward is not necessarily immediately payable. Gross rewards are not profit. No income, commission, reward, customer, referral, or result is guaranteed.
