By creating or using a Petwork Marketing Club account, you agree to this Member Agreement and the Petwork Marketing Terms and Conditions. The human account holder—not the pet profile, mascot, avatar, or pet identity—is the legal member responsible for the account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep your contact and payment information current, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or misuse your account.
Paid membership is currently described as $10 per month. Unless canceled, it renews automatically at the frequency and price disclosed at enrollment using the payment method on file. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Members generally interact through pet identities. This community convention does not make a pet a contracting party or guarantee legal anonymity. The account holder remains responsible for all activity and must not engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, unauthorized commercial messages, scraping, manipulation of rewards or referrals, animal cruelty, or interference with the Services.
You retain ownership of content you submit and confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use it. By submitting content, you grant Petwork Marketing the license described in the Terms and Conditions to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use it to operate, improve, market, and promote the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Participation in any referral, compensation, sharing, rewards, or promotional program is optional. Income, commissions, rewards, customers, referrals, or results are not guaranteed and may be zero. Participants are not employees or agents of Petwork Marketing, may not bind the Company, and are responsible for their own taxes and required documentation. Compensation may not be earned merely for recruiting; it must arise from qualifying transactions, genuine customer activity, or other bona fide activity stated in the Compensation Plan.
Your continued use of the Services is governed by the complete Terms and Conditions, which control if this summary conflicts with them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.
